Charles Norfleet Jr. grew up in Greenwich, Connecticut, where he developed a passion for sports and community service. Excelling in tennis and squash, he was MVP of the tennis team, and captain of both throughout highschool. After graduating from Greenwich High School in 2013, Charles attended George Washington University, earning a Bachelor’s in Economics in 2017 and joining Sigma Phi Epsilon. In 2021, he became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), focusing on helping others achieve financial freedom. Charles is also committed to philanthropy, volunteering to rebuild homes after Hurricane Katrina and participating in mission trips to Jamaica. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, skiing, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Inspired by his father’s legacy, Charles lives with empathy, patience, and a dedication to serving others.
