Charles Norfleet Jr. was born and raised in Greenwich, Connecticut, where his passion for sports and community involvement began to flourish. As an only child, Charles excelled both academically and athletically, making his mark on the tennis and squash courts. Excelling in tennis and squash, he was MVP of the tennis team, and captain of both throughout highschool. After graduating from Greenwich High School in 2013, he was recruited to George Washington University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2017 and became an active member of Sigma Phi Epsilon.
Charles pursued his passion for financial planning by obtaining his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification in 2021, further cementing his commitment to helping others secure long-term financial freedom. Alongside his professional endeavors, he has demonstrated a strong dedication to philanthropy. Charles volunteered to rebuild homes in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and participated in mission trips to Jamaica, working to provide assistance to those in need.
In his personal life, Charles maintains a deep appreciation for sports, particularly golf, tennis, squash, and skiing. He values the balance of mental and physical well-being and strives to live a life guided by empathy, patience, and service to others. Inspired by his father’s legacy, Charles remains committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those around him.
